Ximena Velandia Villamil, MSc, is a civil engineer and transport specialist with over 8 years of experience in sustainable mobility, traffic engineering, and resilient infrastructure planning across Latin America. She currently serves as a consultant to the World Bank. Her work spans the design of public transport systems, traffic demand studies, and the development of sustainable mobility plans in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, and Mexico.
