Victor Osorio is a Peruvian IT engineer with a passion for data analysis with 15+ years of experience in design and development of digital solutions for different sectors like health, development, telecommunications and others. He currently works in activities related with geospatial intelligence for the IDB’s Amazonia Forever Program.
