Samuel Chicheportiche
Samuel Chicheportiche is a Digital Advisor within the World Bank’s Europe and Central Asia team, supporting digital infrastructure and policy initiatives. Previously, he worked as a Senior Consultant in public policy at EY Paris, contributing to projects on EU governance, state reform, and digital development. Samuel is currently pursuing a PhD in public policy at the Free University of Brussels. He holds an MSc Grande École in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management and an MSc in European Affairs from Sciences Po Grenoble.
