Nathalie Picarelli
Nathalie Picarelli is the World Bank Senior Economist covering Cote dÕIvoire and Benin in the Macroeconomics, Trade & Investment (MTI) Global Practice. She is responsible for a range of budget support, technical assistance and analytical programs. She joined the Bank as a Young Professional in 2017 and first worked in Latin America Ð Brazil, Colombia and Haiti - on infrastructure projects and analytics related to policy incentives to improve accessibility and competition in transport services. She has experience in the private sector, academia and other development institutions. She obtained her PhD from the London School of Economics and holds an MPA from Columbia University and did her BA at Sciences Po Paris in political science and economics.
