Iván Bornacelly
Iván Bornacelly is a Projects Lead at the OECD Centre for Skills at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). He is an economist specialising in skills policies, vocational education and training (VET), labour markets and the economics of education. His most recent work focuses on improving internationally comparable VET data; advancing skills-first approaches to hiring and workforce development; evaluating apprenticeship policies; and strengthening the use of skills intelligence to align education and training systems with changing labour-market needs.
