Harry Moroz

Harry Moroz is a senior economist in the Social Protection and Labor Global Practice of the Latin America and Caribbean region at the World Bank. He previously worked as an economist in the East Asia and Pacific region. Harry’s analytical and operational work focuses on workforce development, active labor market policies, and migration and migration systems. A particular area of interest is labor market information systems. Prior to joining the World Bank, Harry worked for the Chief Data Officer in the Mayor’s Office of the City of Chicago and for the Drum Major Institute for Public Policy in New York City.
