Elco Koks
Elco Koks is an Associate Professor at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with extensive experience in infrastructure risk impacts and climate adaptation. He is supporting several national-scale transport risk & resilience studies for the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank. His research bridges technical modelling and policy-relevant adaptation, focusing on quantifying economic consequences of infrastructure disruptions and developing actionable pathways.
