Clara Stinshoff

Clara Stinshoff is a Digital Development Specialist at the World Bank’s Digital Development Global Knowledge and Expertise Unit. She focuses her analytical work on broadband connectivity, access, and use, as well as the ICT industry and digital jobs. She also supports the GP’s work on data and diagnostics as well as corporate reporting. Previously, Clara worked with the Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice on markets and competition policy, including related to digital markets, where she contributed to the World Development Report 2021: Data for better lives.

Before joining the Bank, Clara contributed to Ethiopia’s Digital Strategy with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and worked in policy consulting in Germany.

Clara holds a Master of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy.
